A transition of the weekly Wednesday night Arts & Action meetings is in progress, aligned with a new organizational infrastructure, POKACA, the Poughkeepsie Arts & Culture Alliance.  We have retained the existing email distribution list for the Wednesday meetings, however the emails will originate from a pokacalliance email address associated with pokaca.org website, replacing use of pkgoarts.org.

 

Our relationship with Arts Mid-Hudson remains the same, retaining the legacy of Linda Marston-Reid who established the Wednesday meetings in both Poughkeepsie and then Kingston.  In the long term we hope to expand the role of this organization, as there is much more that a focus on arts and culture to do to assist the growth of our City.
